Lesson
A simple filing system
Group by task, not by tool. 'Customer replies', 'product descriptions', 'social posts', 'research', 'admin'. Under each, keep 1–3 favorite prompts. If you have 10 prompts for one task, you are not choosing — you are hoarding.
Anatomy of a saved prompt
Title, one-line description, the prompt itself with clear placeholders, one example output, and any safety notes. That is enough to reuse it in 30 seconds a month from now.
Prune quarterly
Every three months, delete the prompts you have not used. Update the ones you use most. A living library helps; a bloated one does not.
Example — Colombia prompt library
A learner keeps a Google Doc with 5 folders: 'Respuestas', 'Descripciones', 'Redes', 'Investigación', 'Admin'. Each has 2–3 prompts, each with a labeled example. Total: 12 prompts, all in use.

Practice task
Create your prompt library. Pick the 5 categories that fit your work. Add 1–3 favorite prompts per category using the entry template. Save it where you write daily.
