Day 17Practical Workflows ~15 min

AI for Social Media Posts

Create a week of post ideas and three usable posts.

You'll finish with
Seven-day content plan
~20 min 3 objectives

What you'll learn

  • Plan a week of content around 2–3 pillars.
  • Draft 3 usable social posts with AI.
  • Post honestly and consistently.
Lesson

Pillars beat randomness

Pick 2–3 topics you can talk about for a year without running out. 'How I plan my week', 'behind-the-scenes of my work', 'tips for beginners in my field'. Every post fits under a pillar. Random posting produces random results.

Seven days, three real posts

You do not need to post daily to be consistent. Three good posts a week beats seven forced ones. Use AI to brainstorm 20 ideas per pillar, then pick the three that feel most yours.

Repurpose across platforms

One idea becomes a short video, a caption, and a still-image post. That is not lazy — it is respectful of your own time. Change the framing to match each platform's audience.

Consistency, not perfection

Growth on social platforms is slow and non-linear. A post that seems to 'do nothing' still teaches you what your audience responds to. Track a small number of posts a month; do not chase every metric.

Example — France freelance illustrator

An illustrator picks pillars: 'creative process', 'client work', 'tools I actually use'. She asks AI for 20 post ideas per pillar and picks 3 for the week. She posts Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday for a month.

Prompt template

Content plan + 3 post drafts prompt

Help me plan a week of social content.
My pillars: [1], [2], [3].
Audience: [who I want to reach].
Platform: [Instagram / TikTok / Facebook / LinkedIn].
Output:
1. 20 short idea titles, evenly split across pillars.
2. 3 full post drafts (caption + a shot list or on-screen text).
Rules: no fake results, no false urgency, honest about my current stage.
Practice task

Pick your 3 pillars. Run the prompt. Choose 3 ideas and draft the 3 posts. Schedule them for the coming week. Save the pillar list and the 20 ideas for future reuse.

Success checklist
  • You wrote down 2–3 pillars.
  • You have 20 ideas saved for reuse.
  • You drafted 3 posts you would actually publish.
  • No post over-claims about results, income, or approval.
Knowledge check

Self-check only. Nothing here is scored. Tap a question to reveal the answer.

Reflection

Which pillar excites you enough to talk about it for a year?

Safety note

Do not fabricate social proof (fake followers, fake engagement, fake reviews). Do not use another creator's work without credit. Disclose sponsored posts clearly.
