What you'll learn

  • Assemble a proof portfolio of what you can now do with AI.
  • Choose 4–6 artefacts that show breadth and honesty.
  • Present the portfolio without over-claiming.
Lesson

Proof beats promises

Anyone can say they 'know AI'. A portfolio shows what you can actually do. In this course you have produced real artefacts on many days — the proof portfolio is a curated selection of the best.

The 4–6 artefact rule

Pick your 4–6 strongest outputs from Days 1–25. Aim for variety: a customer reply pack, a product description, a research brief, a social post, an image or design, and one 'workflow' item like a playbook or template pack.

How to present each artefact

For each: what was the task, what tools you used, what the output was, and what you had to change or verify. Honest reflection is more impressive than smooth marketing.

What not to include

Do not include real customer data, real client work under NDA, or anyone else's outputs. Use anonymized or fictional versions. Never inflate results or invent metrics.

Example — Nepal proof portfolio

A learner assembles 5 artefacts: reply templates, product descriptions for a fictional handmade product, a sourced one-page research brief, a Canva graphic, and a 12-prompt library. Each entry ends with one honest 'what I had to fix' line.

Prompt template

Proof portfolio outline prompt

Help me outline my proof portfolio.
Academy artefacts I have: [list of what I produced across Days 1–25].
Audience: [who will see this — myself, a client, a workplace].
Output:
1. Suggested 4–6 artefacts for variety and honesty.
2. For each, a 3-line description (task / tools / honest note).
3. What to leave out and why.
Rules: no invented metrics, no anonymized client data used without redaction, no other people's work claimed as mine.
Practice task

Assemble your proof portfolio outline. Save the 4–6 chosen artefacts in one folder. Write the 3-line description for each.

Success checklist
  • You have 4–6 artefacts chosen.
  • Each has an honest 3-line description.
  • You included no real client or customer data.
  • You did not inflate any metric.
Knowledge check

Self-check only. Nothing here is scored. Tap a question to reveal the answer.

Reflection

Which artefact are you most proud of, and why?

Safety note

Never claim credit for someone else's work. Never share confidential client work without permission and redaction. Do not pass AI-generated art off as human-created in contexts where that difference matters.
