Short-form replies
Comments and DMs reward tight, friendly writing. Ask for one clear sentence, one polite question, one call to action. Length matters more than cleverness. 'Yes, we deliver Fridays — would 4pm work for you?' beats a three-paragraph message every time.
Public visibility mindset
Whatever you post on social is public or near-public. Treat every AI-assisted caption as if a stranger will screenshot it. That mindset naturally filters out overclaims, fake scarcity, and promises you cannot keep.
When to switch tools
If you need long context, sources, or careful rewriting, switch to a general chat like ChatGPT or Claude. Meta AI is a fast-first-draft tool inside social apps, not a research assistant.
Example — Colombia WhatsApp comment reply
A seller sees the comment 'How much?' under a product photo. She asks Meta AI for a friendly 25-word reply that includes the price, delivery city, and a polite question about size. She sends it after editing one word to match her voice.
